ALL INCLUSIVE LUXURY EXPERIENCE My name is Coco Zjahnay the LUXURY HAIR GURU. Located downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. I am an all inclusive traveling hair therapist. I provide healing luxury experiences for all customers, whom wish to be fully pampered: mentally, emotionally and physically. All services come with everything provided. Including a Luxury Box with snacks & beverages that is given complimentary not by obligation. LUXURY POLICY: Absolutely must book through my website. For new customers, I do require a client consultation to get a clear goal on your hair needs and desires. Please make sure to book your appointment one to three weeks in advance to ensure your products and luxury hair arrives in a timely manner. All sales are final. No Refunds. $100 same day booking fee, early & after hour appointment fee, as well as $100+ travel fee. If an issue occurs with your service, I will make sure to resolve it as soon as possible to ensure your satisfaction. 10% off referrals & first time visits. Touch Up Policy: Hair is provided for all services, under no circumstance will I work with hair that is not provided through Coco Zjahnay: Luxury Goddess Collection. Touch ups for installs must be completed before the four week deadline. Touch ups for braids must be completed by the six week deadline. There’s a 10 minute grace period. After the grace period you will be charged $25 as a late fee to compensate. At the 15 minute mark, your appointment may be subject to cancellation or rescheduled. All promotional codes, taxes, same day, early/after hour & travel fees will be applied at the end of each service. Please call if you have experienced an emergency, sick or in need of direction of the location. Sick Policy: If you are sick please reschedule for two weeks out. If you happen to arrive and show any signs of sickness you will be turned away at the door and will be subject to reschedule. Please arrive 10 minutes early. There is street parking on Market Street. Contact me when you have arrived so I could greet you at the side entrance on market street.
