I’m more than just a stylist—I’m your Luxury Hair Guru and Certified Traveling Hair Therapist, creating intentional spaces where beauty, wellness, and healing intertwine. Every guest is invited to experience deep self-care—mentally, emotionally, and physically—through personalized, all-inclusive luxury services. Each appointment is tailored to your transformation, featuring premium extensions from the Luxury Goddess Collection, holistic hair therapy treatments, and signature touches that make your visit unforgettable. Every client receives a complimentary Luxury Gift, curated with hand-selected snacks and beverages for your comfort and indulgence. ⸻ BOOKING & LUXURY POLICY Appointments: All services must be booked through the official website. To ensure product delivery and premium preparation, please schedule 1–3 weeks in advance. Consultations: New clients are required to complete a Luxury Consultation at least 1 week before the desired appointment to align on hair goals, wellness needs, and desired results. Payment & Fees: • All sales are final. No refunds. • Same-day booking fee: $50–$100 • Early or after-hours appointment fee: $50–$100 • Travel fee: Starting at $100+ (varies by distance) If any issue arises with your service, I’m committed to making it right within 24 hours to ensure complete satisfaction. ⸻ TOUCH-UP POLICY To maintain the integrity of your look and overall hair health: • All hair must be sourced through the Luxury Goddess Collection. Outside hair is not permitted unless approved. • Install touch-ups: Must be booked within 4 weeks • Braid touch-ups: Must be booked within 6 weeks ⸻ TIMING & ARRIVAL • 10-minute grace period; after that, a $25 late fee applies. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your service. • Street parking & garage valet is available on Market Street. • Text upon arrival to be greeted at the entrance. Spa is located in Suite 410 on the 4th floor. ⸻ SICKNESS & WELLNESS POLICY Health is the ultimate luxury. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule at least two weeks out. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Shall you cancel or no-show within the 48 hour time frame prior to your scheduled appointment you also forfeit your 50% deposit fee.
